API Optimizer Schema
Note that the RapidCompact API Optimizer Schema (legacy) will receive no further updates after August 2024.
Going forward the RapidCompact Software is now known as RapidPipeline 3D Processor and the new universal 3D Processing Schema can be found here. Please also refer to the new 3D Processor Documentation within the Components Docs and the 3D Processor Tutorials Section.
Introduction
The Optimizer Schema describes all the Options RapidCompact offers in regards to:
- 3D Data Optimization and other 3D Operations
- 3D File Format Transcoding
- 3D Material Model Conversion
Note that the RapidCompact API Optimizer Schema (legacy) is not compatible with the RapidCompact CLI (legacy). Instead the RapidCompact CLI (legacy) utilizes a JSON based settings system which does not follow a schema: https://www.rapidcompact.com/doc/cli/v06/Configuration/index.html#config_file
Going forward, the RapidPipeline 3D Processor utilizes Schemas which are universally valid for all RapidPipeline Interfaces (Cloud Platform, API, CLI).
